No scale filter included
I was confident about the brand hence I did not even open the packaging, coming to found out that everything is perfect except that the scale filter is missing. If the brand can help me with the scale filter, that would be great.

Doesn’t pop open every time
I decided to treat myself to a smeg kettle and although it was expensive I thought it would be worth it. But popping it open takes 5/6 attempts before it actually opens! There’s no other way to open it so I just have to keep pressing it to open it. This happened as soon as it was taken out of the box and I thought I could put up with it but now it’s getting so annoying! Don’t waste your money!
