Lune+Aster Dawn to Dusk Eyeliner - high-impact black eyeliner that creates an effortless defined or smokey eye that lasts for 10 hours on the lash line and 6 hours on the water line

I love this brand of eyeliner, but what they are selling here is an older version and it is a waste of money. It is either so dried out, that it will not go on or so weak that it breaks every time you try to use it. Go for the real thing not this older version.

The description said this would be good for waterline it is NOT. Disappears and smears very quickly after applying to water line. May be more suitable for smudging on the top? Not for me. Misleading description.
