Used as a replacement to the one that got fried in my 99 C2500. Looks stock and was cheaper than at auto one. Fit right in and plugged up with no problem

It lights up but doesn’t run
Nothing more frustrating than changing a part and seeing the fruits of your labor flush down the toilet. This part does not work. It lights up fine but the basic fan controls don’t work. I’m going to the Chevy dealership and buying the OE part. :(

Decent at first but now not so much
The air recycle button was working fine and suddenly it no longer lights up. Not sure if it working. That was then, now the speed of the a/c only works on high. Husband is a mechanic, checked it and the malfunction is in the knob.
