Forgotten Gem
It is only a 2 year old laptop. I own it from a new purchase originally and when looking for a solution for my children it was hard to go anywhere different. I do not have to say much about its pros and cons that cannot be gained from various reviews already. Unless I was going to drop 2K-3K I am probably not going to get the best thats out there. But this was the best in its time and the specs are great for the current price. I have looked extensively at other vendors but steeled on Amazon because of the return policy and the Microsoft Authorized refurbisher. I also recommend the extended year warranty for any second hand electronics of this category. It just gives an added peace of mind.

Just unboxed, flawless other than the stickers placed on the laptop. Removed the stickers, not a mark on it. Everything seems good so far!

Met expectations
Received computer on time. It was packaged securely. I like the speed, response, and easy program functioning. I had it up and operating smoothly the same day it was delivered. After a few weeks, it's still working without any problems.

Works fornthe most part found that the wired Ethernet port will not connect
found that the wired Ethernet port will mot connect at 1gb. Verified cable and switch ports with other 1gb device., Did all the update i could to see if it woukd fix it but no go. Was going to return it but it was $170. 2 weeks later. Was a great deal at $295.99. Not so much at $489.
