The product was easy to set up and use. I compared the ear and forehead readings with my oral thermometer and the results were accurate. Using this thermometer is much easier than an oral one. Best thermometer. I prefer to use these types as opposed to the millions of touch less ones out now. I have it on good authority (from a nurse) that thermometers from this company are some of the best.
