After visiting Vietnam last Spring, I became obsessed with making Pho and Bun Bo Hue at home. This spice mix makes it really easy to add to beef or chicken stock to use as a Pho base. So easy to make flavorful Pho during the week. I have been making Pho with this at least once a week and storing leftover broth for easy reheating.

Never like this type of pre-fried onions, the smell makes me nauseous, and there are a lot in here, which overpower the spices and make the broth smell like onion soup. Never would have bought if I had known these were pre-fried onions. Onions and gingers are absolutely unnecessary. Cost more than other Pho spices. Disappointed!

Good taste! Im just annoyed that i have to put all the ingredients in the bag myself
