Excellent value fibre supplement
Value-wise, this is excellent, you probably won't get better value anywhere else to be honest as the strength and amount of capsules is great for the price.I find them effective as I notice a difference between taking them and not. However I need to take 4-5 capsules per day to have any positive effect. This seems quite a lot which makes me wonder about the strength, but regardless it's still effective and good value.

Works best taken during a meal
This is my second purchase. It works a treat now I’ve got the knack of how to take them. I use to take 2 in the morning well before any meal but it did not always work.Now I take 2 caps during one meal and it works perfectly plus this way it’s boosting the fibre in my diet (you can never have enough), improving my gut health and I am happily regular! Win win!

Psyllium Husk 1400mg
Been taking psyllium husk for the last month. No noticable benefits as yet but no side effects either. Capulses quite large but easy to take. Will contune using for the moment.
