TOO WHOLESOME
microwave chili with beans until hot, then add some water and a bunch of these (or some other) wheat squares. mix, and get stuffed. that is my kind of fast food

No Sugar is A Good Thing
It is so hard to find a cereal with no added sugar. This is one of our favorites. The other is a no sugar generic oat donut.
