Simply brilliant solution
It really is such a simple concept and yet it works.. intended to create something similar myself (to let the cats into a room but keep the dogs out) and yep Amazon came to the rescue.. again. Nice and sturdy and not unpleasant looking and cheap as chips to buy..

Helpful gadget
Got this to keep the dog out the room where the litter tray is and it's done the trick. Easy to use and get used to. Sticks well.

Weak.
Works OK but the cat grew, got wider and as it pushed into the door the tab pulled tight and pulled off the wall.
