Really interesting flavor
I saw someone on line talking about Pumpkin Seed Oil and it sounded interesting. I used just a tiny bit on my salad, along with some white balsamic vinegar. It was excellent. It is very flavorful, so start with just a tiny drizzle, that's all you need.

It really tastes good!
This is the first time I've tried pumpkin seed oil. I bought it for the health benefits and wanted to make sure I got from the pressing of Styrian region pumpkin seed. The taste is mellow and nutty and it really goes very well with fresh salads... It doesn't take a lot to add a whole lot of flavor. I will order this brand again.
