Product was as advertised and worked well

i had just wanted it to be 5 mm thick - and thought it was because another purchaser replied to my query saying that yes, it was 5 mm thick. my ruler verified that it is 2 mm thick - probably the pical thickness for felt. the company's customer support team resolved the issue quite satisfactorily for me.

but for the price it was great. I'm sure I'll buy more of it as well as in different colors, just have to double it up for my projects.

I love this felt so much, I bought a second one weeks later. The color is just like the picture and the felt is soft.

Good quality thick felt, that cut fairly easy with scissors. I use it to put between finely finished wood boxes for storage. It keeps the box finish from being damaged in any wat.

This felt is NOT 5mm thick! See picture...The lighter gray felt on the left is 3 mm thick, this is 1.3-1.5 mm thick at the most. I ordered this thinking it would be sturdy enough to make storage boxes for closet shelves. I could have gone to any fabric store and bought this felt for a lot less and had it the same day. I will be returning this purchase.

I am using this to line the bottom of a display case.

It was exactly the material I wanted. Unfortunately the color is lighter than it appears on my computer screen and would have been nice if it had matched better but overall I am satisfied. Thanks. John
