Perfect for any kid!
As long as you can follow simple instructions it is perfect! The other reviews imply that it’s difficult to put together, and comes apart after assembly. Both are incorrect, takes a few hours to put together, but otherwise worth the price you pay.

Good for 2 kids
Great Purchase. I have 2 little one a 3 year old and 1 year old. it has different stations so they can play without fighting for the front. Use a screw driver don't use a power driver. Materials is good but the force of the power driver will probably crack. Follow the directions to the T. do not attempt to wing it. I highly recommend.

Cheap and terrible
This is horrible! So many things wrong. To start with, it came in the most pieces I have ever encountered as far purchasing a toy or home furniture. CHEAP quality! Pieces came broken and warped, pieces were mislabeled. Several screw holes didn't line up, and instructions were WAY off on parts. Plus it has an overwhelming smell of chemicals. Would not encourage anyone to buy this! Huge waste of time and money, and dispointment to the kids. Would rate this a zero if possible.

Adorable! Get ready to put it together
LOOOVVVVEEEE this mini kitchen! I bought it as a Christmas gift for my three year old son and I know he’s going to love it.Now, it took me two hours to put it all together. The instructions have minimal words, and the pictures are not detailed. It took me a few minutes to figure out what I was doing, but once I did it was fairly simple to put together. Go slow, and don’t get too frustrated. The end result is totally worth it!

Temperment
This product was very hard to put together. My toddler played with it for a year but she is a rough kid. She managed to break this item very easily. For me it was not worth the money

Directions sucked
**update: breaks easily. Within a week, overdoor broke, screws coming out and the oven knobs strip came right off.The directions suck. It's not too bad for the cost. My son loves it.

Love it
My son loves this kitchen. It had a lot of pieces. But was overall okay to build. But it is so damn cute. And very sturdy.

Adorable, but completely terrible
I took a chance on this- despite the reviews- and thought about all the playthings I've assembled in the course of raising four children. "It couldn't be that bad," I thought. I was wrong. I purchased this 'like new' from Amazon, and stacked my credits, plus a discount to purchase this for twenty dollars. I was super happy when it arrived, until I realized someone else had tried to assemble it, broke it, returned it, and it was repackaged. For the price, and how excited the kids were, I decided to attempt to assemble it rather than return it.The instructions are tiny, useless pictures and there must be close to a hundred pieces including screws. An hour and a half into assembly, I started to wonder if the person who created the instructions had actually assembled the darn thing, because certain steps seemed misordered. I did it in three hours, with my eight year old son propping up certain pieces which needed stabilizing while screwing. The whole thing is unsturdy, relies way too heavily on wooden dowels, and some of the screws didn't fit into the holes. At one point I used a hammer to nail certain sections together, which was tricky because the board splits easily. After an hour of typical child's play, the top had been dented where my daughter had slammed a plastic frying pan down a little too roughly- and this is typical of the entire thing. Some sections came to me already split and broken- and the previous owners had tried to touch it up with paint before giving up.The reason they gave up? The doors won't stay on. The design relies on two pegs on the top and bottom of the door, similar to metal dowels, sitting in holes at the top and bottom of the oven frame. That's it! The previous owners had split the wood during assembly- which seems common judging from the reviews- and damaged the lower hole, which meant in my case there was no way to secure the oven door. It just falls off when you open it.Was it worth twenty dollars? Barely, and that's just because my three year old doesn't notice the missing oven door, the scuffs, the split wood, and she's in love with it. I wouldn't pay full price for this, nor would I pay half price. Believe the reviews! It is terrible to assemble. If you can manage to assemble it without issue, the design is very neat and adds lots of play value. My daughter loves the sink, coffee maker, washing machine, recycling area, and chalk board- and the extra shelves are great for storage. The design drew me to this originally- and it's really delivered if the manufacturer hadn't chosen such obscure instructions and cheap materials. Purchase at your own risk if you're in love with the layout, but we will be searching for a nicer kitchen this Christmas- if this thing lasts until then.
