BLACK MOLD!!!!!
We have bought and used CASES of this, as well as Little Remedies’ Gripe Water and Acetaminophen for babies. We TRUSTED this brand. Well, now we’re realizing things are not as they appear. Several of our pain relief (acetaminophen) have leaked sticky solution all over the diaper bag, car and drawers. And, we’ve BEEN STICKING BLACK MOLD UP OUR BABY’S NOSE?!?!?!? My husband said, “um, honey... then showed me the inner lids! I had seen stuff on the spray nozzle before but just wiped it thinking one of us forgot to wipe it after spraying her nose... nope, it was black colored mold/mildew! I plan to contact the company and hope this is fixed for the safety of our fragile babies. For now, stay away! And check the bottles you have at home! These drops have been amazing for us, or so we thought. To be clear, WE JUST FOUND WHAT APPEARS TO BE BLACK MOLD GROWING IN THEM!!!! We have purchased probably 25 of these bottles (one for each room, diaper bag, car, etc... and replenished as ran out over the last 18 months). Our daughter has used these since she came home from the hospital alongside our trusty Nose Frida. It was a winning combination, until we looked under the cap and noticed what appears to be black mold growing in two of our open bottles! WHAT?!?!These drops have been amazing for us, BUT, WE JUST FOUND WHAT APPEARS TO BE BLACK MOLD GROWING IN THEM!!!! WHAT?!?!I'm enclosing pictures, so please check yours. I'll write the company and report back on their reply. For what it's worth, we use them exactly as directed. The instructions say to wipe clean after each use, which we do. We are also mindful to not release the 'squeeze" until it's well away from our baby's face (meaning, we're being careful not to suction anything INTO the bottles.) They bottles never come away from her nose with boogies on them, which is to say, these findings are not things that have come out of her nose, but bacteria/mold/? from inside the bottle. To further support our efforts to keep baby safe and her products sterile, after EVERY single use, we wash (with soap & water) her aspirator, and then ALSO, run it through an electric steam sterilizer. We're not sloppy with our child's hygiene, so we are mortified. Just trying to help fellow mommies & daddies out there - CHECK YOUR BOTTLES!

6 items Close to expiration date
I love this saline and bought 6 items pack , however they were 1-2 months close to expiration date. It is not what you expect for 6 bottles!

Great product and great value!
These drops are a must when it's dry and/or the kids have a runny nose. I have a 3 month old and a 2 year old. The 3 month old hate the bulb or any other suction device so I've just been using a couple drops of this stuff and after a minute or two, any junk inside has liquified and I can just wipe her nose with out any fuss! The 6 pack is a great value and allows me to always have some on hand. I have a bottle for my 2 year old but he hasn't needed them much since he learned how to blow his nose (but I used them all the time when he was younger), although I expect he may need them this winter when it gets really dry.

This is a must have for my children's stuffy noses ...
This is a must have for my children's stuffy noses. My 18 month old tolerates it well. He does not resist at all. When he starts to have slime drain out of his nose, I spray this in both nostrils to loosen it up and it drains faster. It is my go to for him. I haven't had any luck with the bulb suction devices even with Little Remedies. My three year old does not tolerate it at all now. She used to, but once she hit the "no" phase, then the independent phase, I can't get more than one squirt in a single nostril. It still provides enough benefit for her that I keep one handy for her in the house.

It isn't torture, it is self improvement
My kids have allergies because my wife and I have allergies... at least that is what genealogy tried to tell me. So doing sinus irrigation or a Netti Pot doesn't work so well with little kids... go ahead and try it... I did. Although it takes anyone a few tries of sticking crap up your nose and shooting liquid into it before you hold still, this does the trick when they give up the struggle. I tried this stuff on myself, yes with my kids snot all over it, before I threw it away. Feels like saline to my nose, which is mostly intact. I would recommend this to anyone who has a kid with sinus issues. I buy this crap by the 6's. Feed your kids' nose, feed it.
