I purchased this to make a sleepy girl, Mocktail and girrlllllll. You may not feel it while you’re drinking it, but I noticed after I’m done at bedtime I sleep longer. I could wake up and do something and I want to go back to sleep so it does take a while for the effect to wear off as soon as you get up but it doesn’t leave you really groggy. would I buy it again? Absolutely!

The taste is very nice i sometimes add juice, but really don't need it's good on its own. I take it right before bed and perfect to relax and fall asleep.
