Product was great, but installation required a few pre requisites such as power point and drain.

Bosch screws up customer experience
The stuff in the box is absolutely inadequate to install the machine even in a reasonable proportioned bathroom. Accessories can cost a packet more. . . without bill and at the whim of the installation guy.Buy all that . . . .and call the installation guy again.Such amateurish view and short-sightedness of Bosch . . . end result is a hugely disappointing first customer experience.

Satisfaction a Mirage
I have been using it since two months and it is working fine but even having 7kg capacity, not more than 6-7 clothes can be washed properly in it. The clothes remain wetter than semi automatic machine dryers even after drying time of 10 minutes or more. Even the pre stored functions options can't be modified. If you want for a family of 3-4, go for 8 kg or higher.
