Replaced the battery in my Dell G5, original battery was 4 years old. New battery went right in, actually lasts longer on a charge than the old battery. Very happy!

I purchased the battery 6 months ago but I was abroad and I didn't installed it on my laptop for 4 months after purchase. When I installed it, after using it for 2-3 weeks with great performance, for some reason stopped charging. When I contacted Anepoch, they immediately replaced it with a new one. Great support. I replaced the battery in my laptop, and so far I'm using the new one for a week with no problems. The performance of the battery is great so far. If there will be any problem in the future I will update my rating and my review.

For 17inch Dell G7 7790This battery worked as expected with no errors in BIOS nor any issues with performance, picture attached, battery is exactly same dimensions and thickness as OEM original from Dell. Except it’s not bloated and dead like my OEM. Time will tell how long it will last. So far holding charge pretty good

The OEM battery lasted approximately 1 year and 9 months before I had to replace it with this battery(purchased in May 2021) which lasted approximately 2 years, and almost 4 months before I had to buy another replacement battery as of tonight. Thank you for making a quality product!

It looks like 4 batteries serially connected to make one unit. One battery in the middle was kind of puffed up a little, which is worrisome, because my original battery pack gone bad in in 4-5 years and it was all puffed up. So much puffed up that it broke the screw attachments of the laptop bottom casing so that I had to buy a new casing for my laptop. That is, incidentally, when I discovered, the original battery went bad, swelled up and damaged the laptop case. So, I hope this one lasts just as long. I would have given 5 stars but the swelling in one portion of the battery pack is disturbing. The battery charged up tp100% without a problem during the first try. If this battery goes bad soon, I will let you know.

Bought this for my husband’s laptop after we took in for service and they suggested we replace it.

This battery works exactly as intended. I didn't have any issues installing the battery and it cleared out the errors we were having with the original Dell battery.
