Monitors broken out of the Box
I got this to use for a home studio and my monitors came out of the box defective. Power light comes on but no sound no matter what I do. The mic mount is a bit confusing until you figure out that the silver threaded piece is removable (in picture). The interface and other Focusrite components work great.Having some difficulty getting the monitors replaced.

For older Macs . Don’t bother.
This is an older product, I specifically bought to have a second sound system for my modular synths. The software that is free is NOT compatible with my Mac.. you’ll need an iOS that is 2-3 generations behind big sir, which they DO NOT TELL YOU. I’m returning EVERYTHING.. not worth it.

Headphones might not work
I have had this for about a month now and it works well for recording my guitar, I haven't noticed any issues, but when I try to use it as a playback device with the included headphones for any purpose,I get a terrible crackling sound about 85% of the time that initially sounded like a cheap cord issue but has latency tendencies that made me wonder. I looked into the issue a tiny bit more and found that it seems to be a fairly common problem with few solutions. You might have to update the drivers of your motherboard or mess around with a bunch of settings or all of that and more. Nothing I have tried has made it go away permanently and I'm not sure if it's the interface or the headphones or both but it is no fun buying products that only kind of work sometimes.
