LOVE these. I was able to run again, and it's so much fun! Warning - do NOT turn around abruptly or you will fall over - ended up with a badly skinned knee as a result of this action. You have to really pick up your knees when running or you could trip, but this just adds to the cardio effect. I am actually quite sore and tired after running around the block yesterday, and I haven't run in years due to bad knees and shin splints. These are a lot of fun but be careful that you don't over do it without realizing how hard you are working.

The media could not be loaded. The best to run or walk with arthritis. I am 52 and used them right out of the box. I did not have to assembled anything, they come ready to be used. They are comfortable, they do not come off even if I do not make the straps tight. I can wear any kind of socks and wearing regular joggers to fit inside the boot is just enough to protect my skin. This choice was a combination of looks, price, and comparison with other brands. I am super happy with them. In regards to fitness, they are very effective to increase heart rate and most of the effort is on the upper legs. No impact on joints or bones; with arthritis, these are key.

I am almost 60 and love these for running and bouncing around the house. But, my friend could not balance in them very well and for me, I have honed a technique, but you cannot just "stand still" in them. They elevate your height, so ceiling fans are an issue, and on stairs just use the handrails. I love that they keep you in a forward stance that helps with running and movement. Some may find that they have to hold onto something to stand still. I had to cut the middle band for better movement.

I will say I'm really surprised how well you can balance on these..they look really unstable but because it's more like a rollerblade or a ski boot it really helps you balance. They make you really tall if you're short and if you're tall they make you really tall...i love love them... I did get the xxl because of my weight at being the deuce and all. For those of you that don't understand that.. that means at least 200 pounds or more. I also wear a 9 and 1/2 shoe

After several tries of email, messaging, calling and contacting Amazon, JoyFay responded. To get replacement parts as suggested in the manual, you must order directly from China and shipping is not cheap. The parts and shipper per boot is $50 per their email. These are going back, mainly do to poor communication, and that’s also a crazy price.

I would wear these all day if I could ... I'm a 47 year old kid who likes to play outside. I'm not a runner or walker.... I bounce and ride on wheels....Be sure to check the weight requirements
