The plant was received in a small cardboard packing about half the length of the plant; the stem was bent and coiled to be fitted into the small space; there were only 3 or 4 small leaves at the top of the stem, and the soil was very dry.Though it was carefully unpacked, kept in a cool shady place and the soil was kept moistened, the plant dried up.When the photos posted by the seller are showing obviously healthy plants, it seems nothing short of cheating when such defective plants are received by a buyer!Amazon needs to take action by blacklisting such sellers, and ensuring only genuine products are sold on this site!!

Packaging was perfect, plant was grafted as mentioned and it was healthy.

Size of the tree received was smaller than expected. Even though initially it shred the leaves on transplanting, it recouped with new healthy growth.
