This is the best washing I've ever bought. It replaced an old Neff that had recently died.Everything about this Samsung seems exceptionally well designed, high quality and well thought out.All clothes were washed well, and the fast spin is excellent, taking out alarge amount of water, making drying very easy .I like the selectio of programs that can be tweaked, and the 15 minute fast wash is a big plusA normal mixed wash takes about an hour, so not very long compared to other machines.In fast spin it isn't silent, just about normal as far as washers go.In general operation it's very quiet.Overall there is virtually nothing to dislike, and it's a solid 'best buy' in my book

It's only been running for a few weeks, but a few key points:- of course, noise levels are subjective when it comes to how people perceive it and review it, but at 1400rpm full spin it was stunningly quiet compared to many other machines I encountered in my life...- frankly, reviews saying that it dances on the floor must have missed key step of levelling the machine properly with the leg adjustments; it does not budge or shake even with mixed load and just purrs at full spin - on a solid and horizontal floor;- also, reviews saying it makes knocking sounds, well, wondering whether at least one transit bolt has been left in... There is no such sound whatsoever and when it just spins the drum for washing action it is so smooth and quiet that it is almost a reassuring cosy sound.- turning off the silly melody at the end of the wash is a nice feature, as it can be annoying... especially as the beeping sounds like something out of a 1980s game arcade. Cute, but it just makes me too nostalgic :)- the eco bubble, steam cleaning, drum clean etc. features are superb; IMPORTANT note, do NOT miss the drum calibration before using it. It sounds trivial and something one may want to skip, but it works well for adjusting cycle durations and water usage etc. for the actual weight of the load put in the drum.Overall, very please so far - I had an old Indesit, and this is a huge improvement. Let's see over time how it performs.

This machine has loads of programs and versatility. Although it is quite heavy to manipulate into position it is smooth and very quiet during operation. Fairly easy to understand the program selector and window provides useful information about what is happening during runtime. Also has a nice big door for loading. A good price for what it can do. Very happy with this machine.

Totally gutted .. spent years saving up for a new washing machine and a week after ordering it’s been reduced by £100. !!!The machine works really well, easy to set up. Have used most of the setting now and they do as expected. This machine has a tune instead of just bleeping when it’s finish washing.. it also has a button that you can turn the tune off with thank goodness. My water pressure is quite low, but the machine handles it really well. Clothes and bedding are washed really well. The temperature setting are easy to adjust within the boundaries of the pre set programs. There are also choices of rinsing cycles, and a steam setting.All in all I am very happy with the machine, but it will be a very long time before I order anything from Amazon now after the amazing price drop.

This is a fantastic washing machine from the ability to connect via Bluetooth to an app to how it plays a tune when ut finishes a wash! The clothes have never been cleaner this really does what it says.It's not silent but it's not noisey which is good on a spin. The programmes provide a vast array of options and I love the steam function gor the little something extra. All in all, nice looking appliance, well built, works better than anticipated. Really happy with this washing machine.

Great washer, easy to use

I am so happy with my Samsung washing machine. She looks good. She gets the job done. She is quiet. I have a range of wash choices. And when the cycle is finished she sings. I was so fed up with the horrible piercing, shrill bleeting of my last machine when the wash had finished.My clothes look cleaner and feel fresher after the New wash.I bought my last washing machine about 8 years ago and it died. My husband convinced me to pay a little more than I had because, if I need to live with her for 8 years, I had better be happy. I am over the moon.

Great machine, simple to use, fabulous price when I bought it (under £300). Plays a tune when the wash finishes! Ordered it on the Saturday and it came on Monday. Very pleased.
