MAREYTankless Water Heater Gas, 7.5 GPM, 170,000 BTU, Natural Gas, CSA Certified, Indoor

Please help with this I have a 7 person household and it is so annoying turning power on and off until it works every time we need hot water

We have an 8 person house hold. No matter how many of showered, we always had hot water. So much better then the tank water heater we replaced.

We had this water heater installed and it was wonderful for the few weeks that it lasted. Until it stopped working altogether without displaying an error code. The contractor who installed it troubleshooted the water heater, I personally read the manual and tried troubleshooting the issue myself, but without an error code we can't know what's wrong. The display and buttons have power and work properly but the heater itself just won't turn on. We've tried contacting marey through email, by phone, and by creating a ticket on their website but no one answers the phone and our emails don't even get confirmation responses let alone being reached out to. Really don't know what to do here, most likely going to have to return. This was an expensive mistake.EDIT: Tried to return but amazon woildnt let us, so I said screw it and decided to throw more money at the problem if I had to. Thankfukly my boyfriend was able to figure out what was wrong. Basically there was a mineral deposit build up wherever the spark happens to light the flame. He cleaned it up and installed a filter so that our water would be softer, and voila, water heater has been working perfectly ever since. Shout-out to all the handy men out there, no thanks to Marey who gave me a call back about 4 weeks after my initial call/ticket submission.

The install was pretty simple, just had to run electrical to the unit since this is the first digital water heater we have and needs 110 volts. Our previous water heater had a hydro generator that ignited the pilot and it had a manual thermostat.This new water heater has worked flawlessly thus far and my family and I love it!Best money I spent this year so far.

No leaking tank gained floor space back no noise at night for water heater firing up to heat water in the tank no one was using. Carried into install space with one arm. Easy install. Digitally adjustable setting no pilot to light never runs out of hot water cost the same as one with a tank . But why would you want the tank. This is smart easy economical and give you hot water now for as long and as much as you want.

I bought this for my 5 person household and it is perfect i replaced a 50 gallon hot water tank. Installed it myself with zero issues made my 18 year old son assist. It will supply water to my shower and dishwasher at the same time without problem. I will never go back to a tank

I like that it saves on gas but it takes more water to get the temperature regulated, when taking a shower I think I have it set right I might get a blast of hot or cold before it’s right and washing pots and pans I have to leave the water run to keep it hot for rinsing.

This unit was easy to install and has been perfect from the first start.Easy to adjust, simple display. Shows water temp prior to heating.
