Easy to take but subpar flavor
A friend recommended taking zinc to ward off winter colds, sore throats, etc. Gummies are the easiest for me to swallow. I found after I took the gummies, it left a bad taste in my mouth & I would have to eat a little something to get the taste out of my mouth. But, its minor & the health benefits out weigh the after taste.

Hard to Chew
Flavor is just OK but the ‘gummy’s’ are harder to chew than other’s I have tried and stick to teeth. Possible choking hazard as they are small and relatively hard. Will not purchase again!

I like to be healthy and take zinc. The gummy vitamins are easy to swallow and easy to chew Susan Schmitz also with the Q 10 gummy’s Susan Schmidt.

Good for you. Not good taste
I like the brand and I bought this to boost my immune system.The only thing is the taste. For me it leaves a metal taste and I have to brush my teeth.It's good quality and I'll use it up but for me it isn't tasting good.Smal thing to not like though to get the benefits from zinc.
