I was always contemplating purchasing a label printer for my eBay business but put it off as believed it was expensive, but wow I really should of brought this years ago.It saves the time of having to write each address and your own return address, it saves the time of putting on tracking labels and uploading the tracking information, the time at the post office scanning each item.I simply purchase the labels directly from eBay which works out cheaper anyway and this little beauty of a machine (which comes with 6x4 labels already) prints the label in literally seconds.So easy to install, can change label size with a touch of a button and it installs easily on your laptop.Perfect machine, Thermal printer also, so you save on ink and having to change it etc.What would make this the best machine ever is a Bluetooth function, but I don't really mind so much.Don't think twice, just purchase it and you will save hours/days of your life if running a small business :-)Enjoy!

After hearing about these printers all over TikTok, I decided to invest in one.I have a MacBook, and installing the printer was simple and easy! The printer comes with a USB adapter for mac so can be plugged in no trouble!I like the fact you can use any labels with the printer, this saves me money, and I can create custom labels for my business.The printer never runs out of ink as it is a thermal printer!I am very impressed with the print quality and the speed of the printer is fantastic, and easily matches my old dymo!Brilliant price and saves me so much time

THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING LITTLE DESK TOP PRINTER FOR THE MONEY - THE TECH SUPPORT IS SECOND TO NON! THE ONLY BUT I HAVE IS THAT YOU MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOUR NEEDSTHIS MODEL THAT I PURCHASED, DOES NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH CAPABILITIES, SO IS HARD WIRED VIA USB TO THE LAPTOP. ALSO THERE IS NO SOFTWARE APP (LIKE THERE IS FOR THE PHONE/BLUETOOTH TYPE) FOR ANY TEMPLATES.EASY TO MAKE LABELS THOUGH USING CANVA OR LIKE MYSELF AFFINITY PUBLUSHING.ALL IN ALL, A FANTASTIC PRINTER, AND HAVE MADE USE OF IT ALREADY FOR MY BUSINESS.

Previously i reviewed this product as bad print quality but the technial customer service was exceptional and way more than my expectations. Bridy was just amazing tech support. He made me clear about the issue which i was facing and shared the videos to resolve the issue i was facing. I tried that methid while easy to follow videos and the result was exactly which i needed. I stand corrected with my previous review and highly recommend the seller as well as the product. Worth buying and value for the money. The print quality is amazing, and printer itself is easy to install on either windows or mac.

Very dark prints, even on low dark settings, so it is hard to scan labels.Issues when printing a single label when a single label is fed on the back when you add a second label will reprint the previous already printed label?!?Their customer service is weird, sometimes helpful, but when I need them the most to start a return with Amazon, they stop communicating and replying for a while so the return window closed on the 4th of March.Now I'm stuck with a printer, that creates more issues every single printing, Can I please get a return, this is not working as it should.Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015:Satisfactory qualityGoods shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them. Quality isn't as good as Dymo etc. It works and scans at the post office (helps to adjust the print settings to be less dark). A month after I bought it, they came out with a 300dpi version. Typical...

They had initially forgotten my free labels in the box, but they rectified this quickly and sent me extra labels which I was very appreciative of. As a result I had to wait a week to actually use the printer which I didn’t mind too much.Once the labels arrived and I set the printer up (which was extremely easy to do with their helpful YouTube video) I was surprised at how quickly and easily the printer printed and the quality of the print. It’s perfect for shipping labels or stickers for a business or thank you stickers etc. Tears off really easily once printed and sticks really well and firm.Highly recommended if you’re looking to save on printer ink!

I bought this product to help with our small business as it was no longer to continue writing the labels by hand. At first I thought it wasn’t great as although it was easy to set up it wouldn’t print from DHL despite everyone including IT support and therefore I thought it was not compatible. I contacted the Munbyn support team and a person named Ge got back to me and provided fantastic support and customer service. Once I had explained my issues Ge made me a personalised video of how to resolve the problem. This worked and Ge’s support alone would be worth 5 stars. This support meant I no longer needed to return the printer. Inwould highly recommend this printer for any small business. It’s small, compact and does the job perfectly!
