I found a pair of Royal nail clippers at a thrift store and bought them. They worked so well I was shocked. They didn't seem to ever go dull like most do. Then I lost them to TSA and searched everywhere for more. Finally found them here. I love this set and they have been worth every penny. I just need to never take them in my carry-on because some airports' TSA are more picky than others.

The nail clippers are the best part of the kit—everything else is "whatever," but for $10, these are honestly great nail clippers. Sharp, precise, and a little silicone "gutter" catches the stray fragments. True Korean quality that is getting harder to find.Recommended as a travel kit (file, tweezers are just OK); however, the nail clippers are excellent for everyday use. Just wish this came with toenail clippers, too!

I purchased several clippers sold in the US and they were all terrible. Blades didn't meet properly, and they were so dull my nails would fly away everywhere while clipping. This one cuts smooth and nice.

ROYAL Compact Nail Clipper SetThere's a lot to like about this set. The clippers works very well. The catching mechanism is unique. The nail clippers that catch clippings generally have a cover that holds the nails in the body of the clippers. Unfortunately they can get stuck at the bottom of the clippers where the top and bottom come together. That is not a problem with this set. They hold the clippings in a little silicone catcher. The blades are nice and sharp. I didn't even know that there was such a thing as a cuticle clipper and that is the most useful part of this set for me. It works well and it's way easier to keep my cuticles tidy with this, than with regular clippers or tweezers. And speaking of tweezers, they work well. I removed a splinter from my hand just the other day with them and they were easy to use. Everything snaps nicely into the plastic case and the case is sturdy enough to take the set with me while I travel. The only thing that I haven't used yet is the safety scissors. I just haven't found a use for them and I'm sure that they'll see use at some point.I'd say that the one area where this set is weak is the nail file. On the one that came with my set, the blade was not firmly attached to the handle and it was wiggling loosely. It definitely isn't as high quality as the rest of the set.For the asking price, this is a good set that is worth buying.

Compared to other multi sets I've bought in the past the quality of this one is really nice. The silicone on the nail clippers actually works very well to keep clippings from flying. Worked every time, makes keeping floor clean a lot easier. Everything else is good quality as well. The case is nice and keeps everything together. Happy buyer

Metal was good. Sharp nail cutter.Horrible fitment.. nothing fits in the case.. you can't really travel with it if it can't close.
