I have plantar fasciitis, so purchased the insoles to help with running. I trialled the product out in my work shoes as I work in health care, doing 12.5 hour shifts and walking approximately 10,000 steps per shift. I have found the insoles so comfortable and fit for purpose that I am currently ordering more pairs to go into the original running shoes and other footwear!Thank you for this product! I have been using nhs insoles, but find these are more comfortable!!

Comfortable and not noticeable in my trainers. Helps my ankles when running

The contour seems to be in completely wrong place for my feet, and is too hard. I thought I could wear them in, but it was too painful after an hour. Not for me.

Really great insole fits my foot perfectly and I do a lot of walking with my job so they need to be perfect 👍🏻👍🏻

I bought these as I have in the past had Plantar but also due to a niggle that I orignally thought was runners knee but as ache ended up from my hip to achilles I felt some supportive insoles for what I now know is an I.T band issue along with strengthening exercises have aided an amazing recovery. Footwear is essential to help avoid or recover injury but these are the rolls royce that will make such a big difference.They're a little more expensive than my usual gel insoles but they have that added support that works with the cushion & well worth the change for a better recovery & hopefully XC season. Cut to fit & fantastic arch support. I use them in my work boots & are very comfortable

I suffer from PF and i was looking for affordable insoles for my trainers and work wear.In terms of the material and cushioning they are excellent, it's firm and very supportive - that's the plus side.Now for the downside - the arch support is just a filmsy bit of plastic, it's not rigid, and doesn't really offer any support at all, which was especially noticable when i'd been stood up most of the day (i'm a bobby).If you need arch support i'd look else where - the other suspect issue is over durability, i've had these a week and already the foam insole is starting to detach away from the plastic arch support, i really don't think i'll get more than a month of constant wear out of these.For a tenner, i'd look else where.

I can confidently say these are one of the best pair of insoles I have bought and for under £10, you really can’t go wrong.First of all they arrived super quick, the insoles come in a resealable bag, and have individual pouches for each insole, this is perfect if you only want to use them as and when. They are a discreet colour, light weight, and flexible so they move with your shoe all while offering a high level of support to your foot. I would recommend these to anyone looking for insoles.
