Solid product for what I am using it for.
I primarily use this device for infusing cocktails like old fashion's. Syrup can be a little sticky and challenging to clean. I have used my current creamer for over 3 years frequently. I am not getting some leaking depending on how tightly I screw the lid. That said I have purchased several of these for friends and been asked for the link for others to get one for this purpose. Stainless steel product is superior to aluminum for this usage I think but both could be used.

Stainless Steel made to last
I thought I would use this more than I have. It's very sturdy construction, stainless steel primarily and holds maybe a pint. It also has several flair tips for different effects.I didn't understand how this worked. It doesn't work as carbonation does by simply having a gas the dissolves into liquid. It needs the fat content in the cream to create the bubbles. You can use half and half and not sure about whole milk. But, you really need to put the liquid in, pressurize it and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before trying to use it. It's also said that the liquid inside will keep longer because it's not open to the air.It is mostly stainless steel except for I think the cap that holds the bullet cylinder in and then the small cover cap is plastic. I did see on youtube where it can be used to make cocktails but I believe those were based on milk products. While it is stainless steel, it is also magnetic. Not all stainless is non magnetic. I discovered this when I found my vintage built in cook top was magnetic and looked up why.I'm really not sure you're going to save anything if you're going to just use it occasionally like I do . You would be ahead to just buy canned whipped cream. But, if you want it fresh or use it a lot, I think you'll like this.I did buy this unit because it stated it was stainless steel which it is. It does have a couple of rubber gaskets which look like they're pretty sturdy, but, if you haven't used it for a while, putting it back together may take you a minute to figure it out. Save the instructions.

Save from buying store purchased whipped cream, and make/favor it at home, yourself!
Absolutely love this whipped cream dispenser! To be honest, the Stainless Steel is probably overkill, but i got it for the sake of durability. Its heavy, but in a good way, making it feel professional and assisting you as you shake up your heavy cream. It's also universal and will fit many NO2/CO2 (although they don't recommend you use CO2) cartridges. Also, the attachments are also stainless steel. My only gripe with this apparatus, is that it doesn't have a 500ml max-line on the inside or outside of the canister. Obviously you can do the math and figure out that its roughly 2 cups, but it would've been nice to have the fill line.
