Solid service.
Everything was packaged properly as expected with sensitive electronics. Product arrived in a timely manner, and works as well as one expects.I personally installed it on my Acer Nitro 5 [AN515-53]. The battery cord was adjusted to the wrong direction, so I needed to bend it to conform it to my laptop design. A little awkward, but ultimately serves its intended function, and I don't believe this to be a large issue if you are careful enough.Includes a small instruction manual discussing battery care among other subjects, which was a nice touch.

Laptop battery was puffed up. Easy replacement with this and it’s been working fine

Lasted about 6 months max. RUN AWAY
The media could not be loaded. Picture tells all. This is junk. It charged for a few months, maybe 6 or so, then had to be plugged in constant to work at all. Just dug in to work on the computer and it popped apart as I loosened the screws. This thing is an accident waiting to happen. 30 day guarantee!! Run away, don't walk!

Working Fine
Installed easily. Charged up to 100 percent fairly quickly. Brought new life to my Acer laptop. But, to be honest, a review of a battery has to be done long after it is installed! We will see how long it lasts. For now, great!

Although the description say it is compatible, make sure the battery in the Laptop match.

Replacement battery for laptop
Easy swap and perfect fit. Battery even came with some tools needed for the swap. Works perfectly.

Works as its suppose too, at a fraction of the cost.
Works like it’s supposed too. Charged and discharged as it states in the directions. It seems to holds a charge well.

Didn't last and caused problems
Purchased to replace degrading OEM battery in my laptop. At first it was an improvement. I noticed that I was having problems putting the laptop into sleep or hibernate modes, but thought it was an OS issue. Fast forward three years. The battery died suddenly overnight; charged at bedtime, awoke to a dead battery with no way to revive it. So I put the original battery back in. While I still have reduced charge life with that battery, my sleep/hibernate issues are gone! There must be some circuitry on the battery module that wasn't properly communicating with the OS. Summary; look for a better replacement battery and avoid this battery.
