Such low quality it’s barely edible
The serrano is of really low quality and so dry it’s literally inedible. Possibly of use in stews or for making stock but cannot be eaten as sliced jamon. Would ask for my money back had i not already had to cut it up and trim multiple areas off in an attempt to find anything worth eating. The lomo was better but the texture still dry and clearly a low quality piece of pork pre-curing. UPDATE: asked and got money back

Good
Very tasty and adequate if you think a whole leg is too big for one person.

Awful
The ham was covered in melted rancid fat and was mouldy. After a lot of trimming it still tasted awful. I would like to get my money back but i don’t know how to go about it. Don’t buy it!

Better than last time
A very wary second try of this company’s product and I am slightly happier with the result. I do feel however they need to look at the vacuum packer machine as it could do with a little cranking up a notch. A little air had got in and the Jamon was rather smelly. After a good rub down and carving off the outer the ham inside was very tasty and perfect in texture.

Twin quality experiences
For the cured ham providing you stick to he rule of slicing very thin using a very sharp quality knife you'll have a great ham experience. The pork loin which accompanied the cured ham is delightful: full of flavour and clearly a noble piece and a quality experience. Outstanding.

Boneless good but too salty!
Arrived quickly. Had to cut off exterior as cure salt had collected in the polythene bag. After allowing it to dry it was better but the cure was extremely salty. Too much for pleasant eating, my Sons still made some headway but I found it unpalatable.

Worst ham I have ever bought
A little late for my review mainly because I for got about this ham deliberately. We as a family eat a lot of ham unfortunately this ham was almost rotten it looked and tasted vial never again will I by ham from this company. Even our dogs who normally give us the sad puppy dog eyes for a bit of ham turned their noises up at it.

Well worth the money.
Second time I buy jamon via Amazon. First was a bit iffy ie. too fatty and not as well cured as it could have been. This one, a few pounds more expensive, was much, much better. Not the best (hence the 4 stars) we've even eaten but more than adequate. The lomo that came with it, was 'seen to' within three sessions with friend. Didn't touch the sides, so to speak. The jamon will last a bit longer, but it will never become a 'how do I keep it' issue. A couple of slices with a glass of wine as an aperitif or as something to pick whilst we watch TV in the evening and it will soon become a pleasant memory. The wife likes nice thin slices but I like it in small ~1cm cubes. Either way it just sits there begin for some attention ... You do as you see fit, but as a life-long jamon eaters, we'll buy again ...
