I've researched and tried many different pill cases. This is THE BEST by far! Other large ones that allow organization of pills by the week and 4 times per day are great and have usually have large enough trays for each time of day. What makes the Patterson Medical Anabox 7 Day Pill Box even better is the portability of each day's pills. I just take the individual case for the day, put it in my purse and go. This pill box also has a fifth compartment for each day for "as needed" pills/supplements (for example, Vitamin D supplement taken every other day). I wouldn't mind if the unit was a bit larger, which would allow trays for each day to be larger; supplement pills are often large but so far I've managed to squeeze them all in. I very highly recommend this product!

This is so easy to fill and convenient to use. It doesn't matter where you go, just bring your day of meds with you and you never have to be late taking your pills.

This is almost the pill case I have been looking for all my life. A spot for PRN medication is genius! Having the first pill of the day spot larger than the other slots is also genius. I have a lot of larger tablets I take over the course of the day and this is a great size for me.The lids can sometimes catch and be difficult to slide. It's hard to remove the top completely if you want to do that while loading them. If the price was lower I probably would buy a couple more even with the sticky lids.

This pill case is much better than any other one that I have had. It even has a specific compartment for PRN medications.

Bought for my mom to help her know when to take meds. This is a Great product but I left off a few stars due to my dad had to file down a part of plastic that was risen 2 places on each day. After he filed it down it slides more smoothly and she can operate it.

I already had 3 Anaboxes but wanted a fourth to be able to organize a months medication at a time, but Shoppers Drug Marts where I had purchased the others no longer carries this item so I was grateful to find this on Amazon. This is the easiest dosset to fill and use and is the most durable.

It is exactly as advertised. It is compact, easily manipulated. Pluse, it is one of the few 5 dose per day pill boxes available. I highly recommend it.
