I used to buy pre-workout, BCAAs and Dextrin separately for my training sessions. With this not only pay way less than buying separately, but also simplify my morning shakes. The amount of each component is just about right, and the taste pretty good (I enjoy sweet drinks).

Products seal was broken on arrival. Unable to contact for replacement product. Uncle to use product as can’t be sure how long it has been opened for.Very disappointed and put off ordering again. 1 star is generous.
