I decided to take one of these before hopping on the treadmill, and this sure didn't disappoint...For context, I am a 6'0 male weighing at 260lbs with 20% body fat, so I had a relatively high amount of lean body mass. Upon using the treadmill 30 minutes after taking this, my heart rate skyrocketed to the 190's, and didn't go down until I reduced the speed from 5mph to 3mph, where it went down to the 160's. The clips attached on this review were from the first 5 minutes of the workout.After finishing my workout, I decided to go somewhere to eat, when I started getting the high heart rate alert from my watch. It typically goes down a few minutes after I run, so I was reasonably confused. After I ate, I went into my car to drive back home, when I received another high heart rate alert. However, it was at 169bpm this time, and that was where I concluded that it must have been this product.It is worth noting that the only side effects I had from taking this was nausea and muscle weakness, although those feelings had subsided within 2 hours. However, the heart rate was still very elevated.In conclusion, please don't ignore the reviews of this product...

This thing packs a punch. I grabbed these on a whim, I started a Jym stepphoni shortcut to shred program, and I started purchasing supplements list on the supps and nutrition list. He has this listed on the "wake up supplements (500-2000mg) these are 450 so I took 2. An hour later my heart is starting pumping hard, I get this hyper focus mode, my cucumber started to increase and decrease at random, while I sat at my computer working. Side affects lasted about 2-3 hours after I was nauseous for the good part of my day. I wasnt ready for this. lol Im used to taking many supplements, this is first one that made me feel a bit weird. It not like a caffeine or pre workout feeling. I think I will just take one tomorrow. These are potent. (not an ad)

It does just what its supposed to, but way to strong. 1 1/2 hr after taking one capsule I started getting cold chills. Then after about 2 hrs it was full blown in affect and it lasted all day. Anxiety, jittery, cold chills, sweating, heart racing, tremors, out of breathe, etc. I thought I was going to have a heart attack or my heart was going to explode with any exertion. Not talking down on the products effectiveness because it does work. It was just to strong for me, a 6ft 190lb male. The wife really enjoyed it though...Update: All the side affects mentioned in review isn't caused by the Yohimbe itself because I dont have the side affects taking the more pure form. It's because this product is actual Yohimbe Bark. It can be unstable and it has additional alkaloids in the bark causing the undesirable side affects. But in my opinion, if you don't have or if you are able to deal with any side affects that you may experience, this Yohimbe bark works much better than Yohimbine HCI itself.

First day I got this I took it as soon as it arrived, noon roughly for the first few hours it felt like nothing was happening than out of no where I started getting nausea, sick to my stomach feeling like I could vomit any second. I thought this was just chance, caulked it up to odds and as the day went on this feeling remained, all day and into the night I had this deep sick to my stomach feeling.This lasted till about 4am when I woke up and I felt better, at this point I was questioning if it was this. I decided not to take any the next day just incase as the previous day was horrible for me. This morning I decided to try it once more because I still had a full bottle and maybe it was just a fluke. Well I started getting sick to my stomach, and I could feel my heart beating while resting.After about 90 mins of this I decided to take my blood pressure and it was 190/120 with a pulse of 130 at complete rest. I decided this wasn't safe so I proceeded to drink as much water as I could, went to the bathroom and induced vomiting, did this 3 times in total. While my heart rate is still crazy and in the go to hospital immediately range my stomach feels much better.I've taken the pure yohimbine from the same brand before and never had this result, I didn't know the bark was any different I can't recommend this to anyone. Absolute shame and waste of money, this isn't safe to take.

I'm giving 5 stars because it's extremely effective. However be warned this may be too strong to handle. It was for me. I took the recommend dose of 1 capsule with 8 oz of water. A half hour later I felt overwhelmed. I felt my heart racing for the next 4 hours and then felt terrible for another 4 hours. I am not a lightweight when it comes to caffeine or energy drinks but this stuff destroyed me. I thought I must just be sensitive to this supplement. But when I returned to the reviews I saw my experience is very common. Make no mistake, this does not give you the pleasant feeling of a large, strong cup of coffee. It's a feeling of panic and nausea. I was prepared to throw the whole bottle away but instead, next week I will try 1/4 of the capsule contents (maybe 1/8). I HIGHLY recommend taking no more than half a capsule then waiting an hour. Or you can take a whole capsule and write your own horror story here. Good luck! You have been warned!

Did research and read reviews and then ordered yohimbe bark extract instead of yohimbine by the same company.When I started sweating and shivering and shaking I went back and then read the reviews for this product. No joke. All true. I took a single capsule and the unpleasant effects lasted about 5 hrs. Today I am trying 1/3 capsule to see if this product is salvageable. It does give an energy boost but way too much at a full dose.
