I first encountered a portable power bank whilst stranded in the middle of nowhere in North Yorkshire.My campervan had run out of power. I was lucky enough to flag down a passing farmer at 7 o’clock in the morning asked him if he could help me jump my van to which he said no need and handed me this Redbox with two leads. At first I looked at its size and thought this will not work, but I was grateful for something to help.Anyhow within about three seconds my totally dead battery of my 2.2 Peugeot diesel sprung into life and I was left totally gobsmacked.As a consequence I have purchased my own. I have now used it three times as I do have an electrical fault on my van which is unable to be solved. I cannot say what wonderful reassurance I feel knowing that I have this incredible piece of kit to get me out of any electrical problems.I cannot recommend this piece of gear highly enough. £360 may seem a lot of money but I must admit it works and works better than anything else I have ever used before.Well done those clever folks at Harrogate who make these things much appreciated.

I have had one of these before and that is why i bought the same again. It will start many cars on a single charge, no problem. I bought the extended cable which allows me to leave the booster on the floor while it is connected.

HiOur rapid charger stopped working. It was very warm very days ago and look like melted .Can you help replacing as it’s very disappointing.Product we bought we trust will last good few years not a few months

I bought this to jump start the battery on my 3 litre diesel van, which is did with no problem.The instructions are very simple and the pack is easy to use.I forgot to register my guarantee and the company contacted me and reminded me to do so. They also provided me with contact numbers in the event that I had any issues with the product (and sent me some Yorkshire teabags to enjoy while I registered my guarantee online). Customer service is very important and I am reassured that if anything goes wrong with this pack then I have the support of a company who are proud of their products, have faith in their products and provide great customer service even after they’ve had your money.I can’t recommend this enough.

Starts 4.5 v8 dead battery straight away and jumped a car parked up for a year outstanding

Purchased for son, his large Audi car regularly required jump starting (auto Electricians can't find cause). Tried new batteries no effect, this provides jump starts without need for another vehicle. Tried smaller different manufacturers products but they weren't sustainable like this. He gave it 5 stars.
