I love this product because it does not taste like store bought honey nor like the other 50 gallon pails i bought from other companies. It has a much creamier, rich and sweet taste. i use it in my baking. i drink tea several times a day. it doesn't take as much because its so naturally sweet. Its a bit pricey but WELL WORTH BUYING!!!!

Too creamy for being “raw” as stated. We have bought from them before direct May times and sadly this was not the same quality. Very disappointed with the amount of money we have spent through Sleeping Bears.

Great honey so many uses!!

I am a honey connoisseur, if you take into account I've been using it as my sweetener of choice for more than 40 years and am always willing to try new flavors. In the 1980's there was a local bee keeper who let me buy 5 gallons of his star thistle honey every year for about seven years running. It is my favorite all purpose honey because it has one of the lightest flavors. As a result it doesn't obscure the subtle fragrance and flavors of herbal teas or change the expected result of baked goods or smoothies.Sleeping Bear Farms surpasses my friend Joe's honey. It is raw and while it says unfiltered you needn't worry. You might have a little speck per quart when you spoon this thick honey into quart jars as I've just finished doing. Although it is a creamy paste it is still liquid enough to flow as a very viscous liquid and fill jars without air pockets. I wondered if I would have to liquify the honey but no it is perfect as it is and I won't chance ruining the health values of raw honey with heat, even barely heating it in water to liquify it.I don't believe I could get a better all-purpose honey anywhere. BTW don't worry about the shipping time. Although I didn't have a tracking number the honey arrived half a continent away in just five working days. I can't wait to try some of their other products.

This honey has a wholesome healthy flavor. I've purchased several buckets at this point. I eat several teaspoons a day for health reasons, and I'm definitely feeling better. Love it!

This fine Honey is great tasty and crystaly. Its very floral and addicting! Price is on point too!

It is not cheap but you get what you pay for and this is well worth the money! Amazing product.
