sent wrong assembly instructions for cage. should have been middle 11026, and the instructions sent to me was 11025. So difficult to put together and still isn't together fully yet. Became aggravated and stopped for the night. This is a lot of $, over $350.00, dissapointed

They said if i sent it back theybwould refund me i still have not received any of my money backThe instructions didn't help whatsoever missing bolts the front bowls doesn't close it's on backwards the door doesn't shut properly and a lot of the pieces are bent throughout the caves one spot where the birds had to get outI will never purchase a case like this again

I really like this cage so far. Sure, the instructions are useless and you have to figure things out on you own but its a great cage for two birds for the price.

THIS IS NOT WHAT IS IN THE PICTURE!!!I have no clue who the hell designed this cage but this is not worth the headache. Holes welded shut where bolts need to travel through. The bowl mounts don’t line up as well as no place to score the hinges in. Hinges broken upon arrival, wires bent. Oh and the instructions are the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve put together numerous birdcages but this have been designed by a toddler with Down syndrome in the dark blind folded and their hands tied behind their back.

Absolute garage bird cage, welds broke easily, instructions don't even match up with the cage, flimsy materials. Complete rip off. Do not buy from this vendor.

Instructions are nonexistent. Some pre-drilled holes are plugged. The swing out feed dish door is impossible to assemble.

I have to say I like the cage once it was together but it was awful to put together. I actually ordered it on eBay but it came in the original box never opened. First it comes in two boxes and the boxes came two days apart which was a headache to begin with. Second there were no instructions at all. I search both boxes and no instructions. I has a ton of screws and I had no idea which went to which part but we guessed and after some very frustration hours we got it together. Then I had pieces come bent. One didn't really mater the other that bats were bent so much that I'm pretty sure the bird could have flown right out of the cage. The seller I worked with was great and is sending a replacement for that panel. I"m waiting on that but in the mean time we decided to put the thing together.I do know if instructions would have helped or not but this thing was a beast to put together. It was hard, two of use worked on it together and it was so hard to get this thing together. I actually really like putting furniture and things together but this I hated, I have never seen anything like this, the way it was designed it just crazy and made it way harder then it needed to be but in the end it is together, and sturdy, and I have one bird in the top cage that is damage free. I'll swap up the damage piece on the bottom when it comes.Then cage itself. I really like it. I like how the bowls swing around to be filled. I'm not using the two bowls that have their own doors. My bird is very happy in there and has a ton of room. So the cage is great once it's done but the rest is awful.
