Hello,thank you for your interest in our products. After the device is turned on, adjust the positioning of the device on the wrist by moving it slightly up or down 2. This device has five gears for stimulation: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (gear 5 is the highest setting). You can choose the appropriate gear according to your own feelings 3.If you are unable to feel the tingling on one wrist, then try the band on the opposite wrist.

Q: I have a hickman line and wear a battery operated pump to administer medication on a 24 hour basis.Would it interfere with the pump?

Basically, there is no interface between the pump and EmeTerm. We suggest you don't wear EmeTerm in the same side with Hichman line and the pump or follow the advice of doctors. WAT-Med Customer Care Team
