Have Raynauds? Buy these!!
I have Raynauds. Any change in temperatures of 10 degrees cause painful constriction of the blood vessels in my feet. I have to wear pants and socks at all times. Often I still have episodes even when wearing wool and fleece and minky lined socks. I’m on day 2 of wearing these and haven’t experienced an episode yet. My feet do sweat a bit, but the design of it only covering half of the foot prevents it from being too much. Because of the sweat, I do need to wash daily. Since it’s a two pack, I don’t anticipate a problem! I’m gladly recommending to all my fellow Raynauds sufferers!Last year I bought a pricy pair of electric warming socks. I still had episodes. Perhaps in the middle of winter I will need to use both.

These are amazing
These are absolutely amazing. I have raynauds and these keep my toes perfectly warm even when I’m seated in a cold room for 5+ hours at a time. They fit well over socks and in shoes. The material is sleek too, similar to insulated under armor material. They are also very comfortable, keeps your feet cozy. 100% recommend!

Winter Weather Running Accessory of the Year
January of 2019 might go down in the weather record books but don't tell that to my toes.Went on a 2 hour and 30 minute long run yesterday in my Altra the One 2.5 - a thin minimalist shoe - when the real temp was -8 and the wind chill was -20. In past years, my feet would have numbed up within the first mile. My feet stayed toasty the entire time. Also, the 1.5mm inserts have barely any noticeable effect on running form and they don't dramatically affect shoe fit because of their narrow profile. This was initially a big concern of mine but it doesn't seem to be an issue after four runs in three different pairs of shoes. All considered, these are my Winter Weather Running Accessory of the Year.Update: Went on a 1 hour run in -29 temp. / -54 wind chill and my feet were comfy the entire time. Product is great.

These work well and replace costly single-use toe warmers
Only on day two with these, but I'm already ready to leave this positive review! These neoprene toe warmers have done exactly what the costly (and wasteful) Little Hotties do - keep my toes nice and warm! It's nice that the set includes 2 pairs to alternate back & forth between washing/drying. So nice to find something more economical and ecologically correct to help me get through these winter months. Also, had a slight problem with one of the booties and the seller (21Centurysolutions) responded quickly with an acceptable resolution to the problem. Thanks!

Awesome.
I was skeptical, but they really keep my toes warm! They are thin enough I can wear them in my shoes. They were a little bigger than I thought they would be so I wear them over my socks. As long as I put them on before my toes get cold my feet dont freeze anymore! I have poor circulation bc of renault's and diabetes and these help me so much that I wear them all the time now! I'm ordering more because two pairs just isnt enough and I want to have extras. My friend is also planning on borrowing mine or getting his own for hunting season.

Way better that over-the-shoe type
For years I've been riding in over-the-shoe type neoprene toe covers. And my toes always froze. Just got this pair. Fit inside the shoe perfectly and kept my toes nice and warm, yet breathing. Rode this morning in 30F weather. Single warm sock, in super ventilated mesh summer cycling shoes. Awesome product.

Works under cool conditions
I bought these for downhill skiing, since my feet have always been freezing in the past while skiing. This season I added toe-warming chemical pads in addition to these warmers, and these were nice to stick the pads on. The result was that my feet were chilly at times, but I never got to can't-feel-my-toes, which is a definite improvement. I don't think that they would have achieved this result by themselves, though. I also took one of the pairs to work - I work outside, and wear wool socks in the winter, but I'm a person whose feet are always cold - and again, it helped. My feet weren't warm, but they weren't freezing. I noticed that they trap a lot of moisture, and when I would take them off my toes would feel cold because they were also slightly damp. It didn't bother me, but if your feet sweat a lot, you might not like these.I bought the larger size, which were a little loose. I'm a women's nine with normal/narrow feet. I considered sewing them a bit smaller, but as it turned out, they didn't bunch up or were too thick in my shoes or ski boots at all, so i didn't bother. When I took off my shoes though, these would stay behind inside.Do these make your feet magically warm? No. Will I keep wearing them occasionally? Yes, and definitely for skiing.

These are great!
These are very simple, but very effective. I'm pretty amazed by how much of a difference they made on my bike ride yesterday. It was about 35-40 degrees outside, and I was wearing very ventilated MTB shoes. Normally, my toes are numb after a very short time in those temperatures. With these toe warmers on, my feet still got cold and my toes were numb by the end of my ride, but I was comfortable for way longer than without them. I look forward to pairing these with a set of shoe covers for my next ride. Hopefully, that combo will let me ride comfortably in low temperatures.

These do not help me
I have reynaud's syndrome - loss of circulation - in my toes and so it's important to not get cold. Once my feet get cold, my nerves shut down and my toes turn purple as a sign they are getting no blood flow. I use the "Little Hotties" adhesive toe warmers most of the time but I was hoping to find something less disposable. These do not seem to be made of any sort of material that would hold/draw warmth. They feel like a cheap nylon so it is basically just a thin extra layer of sock over my regular - actually warm socks. As the material is a bit slippery - they don't really stay in place so for me either. I'm giving them 2 stars because the items do look like the picture suggests and they did arrive early. Perhaps, if a person does not have nerve damage, they provide some help but they are pretty worthless to me!

Yes! Keeps toes warmer
My shoe size is 10 wide and size 2 Fits me with a little room to spare. I was actually using old socks, I cut to this shape, before I knew this product existed. I thought I invented a genius new product. This is better than an additional sock layer. It is warmer. It doesn’t add bulk like a second full sock would, possibly restricting circulation. It’s a very good product, but it’s not a miracle. If you have to be outside in temperatures below 40 degrees for any length of time, invest in electric socks and good boots.

Amazing!
I use these primarily for running.I tried them on a cold, windy day (about 30 degrees F with 12-15 mph winds) and my toes were nice and comfortable. They weren't too hot so they didn't get sweaty or mushy inside my socks and shoes. I've also tried them on cold and mildly calmer days and they held up as well. When I'm running fast or easy, they never moved inside my shoes and I forgot about them, most times. For reference, I wear a women's size 8 in running shoes.I've also worn them when I was standing and watching a race, in about 35-degree weather. My toes were mostly warm, but after about 2.5-3 hours, my toes did start to feel a little cold. I think it might have to do with not producing enough heat in my feet, more than the toe warmers not "working".I have not tried them for biking, as I don't bike, but I feel that they would glean the same results from running. I'm really happy I bought these in time for winter running. They're also super easy to wash (I hand wash) and dry (hanging them to air-dry takes less than 1-2 hours.)Two pairs for $8? It's really a steal. Stop reading a purchase them!

Must Have for Raynaud’s Sufferers
These are amazing! I have Raynaud’s and always struggle with keeping my fingers and toes warm during the winter months. I have been wearing these over my socks in tennis shoes daily while training clients and during my own workouts and they have kept my toes warm. I have felt them get cooler as the temperature really dropped a few mornings, but my toes never went numb and I was actually still comfortable. This is the best $13 I’ve spent on products for my Raynaud’s! If you are a sufferer, grab a set of these!
