Aaaccchh!! I don't know how I got by before I bought these. They're long but that's what I need when cutting fabric, helps cut a much straighter line. These are well-balanced and have a good heft in your hand, aren't gonna slip out. I use them for everything except cutting paper, which of course dulls scissors. I haven't had to sharpen these yet and I've had them for a few months and use them pretty much daily. GOOD BUY!

Purchase 2 sets...would by more when needed

The work great for me. I am a union sheetmetal worker. I use the them for cutting flexible duct and they cut through the insulation and plastic with ease (still use lineman’s pliers for the wire). I also use them on plastic bags and cardboard a lot with no problems. I had them a few months with plenty of use and they are still as sharp as day one. Other guys I work with have bought the same pair off of here.

Cut clean and easily on single fold. Had difficulty cutting thru more than one layer of cloth. Overall, did well

I bought these for work, (I work in a plastics factory), and these are great sturdy scissors for cutting the plastics at work. If I needed another pair, I would definitely buy these again. Ps. They are quite bigger that I expected them to be, but yet still comfortable in my hand.
