Not Satisfied.
A single book contains the first three stories and the stories are pretty short. 115 pages per story.I would recommend you to buy indivisual books as they contain around 200 pages.

Great read and great vendor response
It is my daughters first series; she liked it so much she finished the 3 titles in a week; now we ordered all other available titles in the series. Great support from Book Cob as well, received book much ahead of promised time and in excellent condition. They have real good collection in their store front.

Excellent books for young children
Enid Blyton’s books are evergreen and a joy to read. I used to enjoy these growing up and now my children are doing the same.

Excellent Product
This book collection has very interesting stories, the quality of the book is also excellent but in my opinion, this book should also have a bookmark. It would be really helpful.

Still Great Fun
My all time favourite characters created by Enid Blyton are of course the Famous Five, but the Secret Seven cannot easily be shrugged off, and for me I did read these books as a child before the Famous Five. In this omnibus edition then we have the first three outings of the intrepid children, Peter, Jane, Pam, Barbara, Jack, Colin and George, and of course not forgetting Scamper the dog, who has his part to play in certain tales. This book includes then The Secret Seven, Secret Seven Adventure, and Well Done, Secret Seven, and these were originally published between 1949 – 1951. We start off with the gang moving into a shed at Peter and Janet’s house as their new headquarters, and as it is winter, so they build some snowmen. But when one of the members loses his club badge, he returns at night to recover it from where the snowmen were built and witnesses and hears some strange sights and sounds. It is not long before the gang are on the case and are able to surprise the police with their actions. In the next tale as the group are playing, so two of the members witness something odd, and with the discovery of a missing necklace once again the group pull out all the stops. In our final tale here, as the society decide to build a treehouse for the summer, and thus get some fresh air, so they come across another boy, who most certainly needs their help.I must admit that obviously now I am no longer a child reading this I do find the thought of children going around with badges with SS on them rather worrying. It is not as if these were first published before the Second World War, and you would have thought that some sort of inkling should have been in the author’s mind, with events still so close to hand. Regardless of that though, although Enid Blyton is looked down on by some, and always has been, she certainly knew how to write tales that would capture a young child’s imagination and give some great escapism, which at the end of the day is what children want. Even as an adult these still are fun reads that you can easily get through and enjoy yourself with, even more so if they bring back some good memories of when you were young yourself.

I’m afraid these are now old fashioned
I tried book 1 on my 7 year old Grand daughter thinking that she would love it.Unfortunately my recollections of Enid Blyton do not sit well with today’s children. The concepts of family are alien to them so our 7 year old became bored.I read her a bedtime story via the internet during these difficult times but she was not keen on episode 2.I have therefore abandoned the Secret Seven in favour of more modern stories which hold her attention.Sorry Enid - I loved your writing as a child but it was too long ago to be relevant now!

Really good
I just finished reading the secret seven collection one and I really liked it! There is only one problem... As I have read the Famous Give there stories were good and long enough to last you at least a week on one story but this book I have read in like three days! Although, that is the only little problem! I recommend this product to 7 and 8 aged children. Good book!

Great books for kids
I bought these as a blast from the past, I love both the secret seven and the famous five as a kid.It doesnt take long to read them as an adult but they were still fun as they brought back great memories.Even better was that my grandson loves them and is now working his way through them.

You only get 1 book, not 3
The description is misleading. I was expecting 3 books ( 1- 3 ) actually it's 1 book with all combined. Needs to be made clearer.
