Flaxseed oil is good for your eyes.
Keeps your eyes lubricated. Makes them more comfortable. That's what my ophthalmologist told me. He prescribed 2000 mg per day so this capsule is the right dose and will last virtually 1 year. All looks good at a good price.

Forgot about that fished reflux taste & buy these instead. Easy to swallow and cheaper than Fish Oil at less price. Highly recommend for those that hate the taste of other Fish based products.

Great value but not vegetarian/vegan
This is a huge bottle, and great value. It's just a shame that, as others say, the capsules are made out of bovine gelatine. It seems crazy to cut out a huge part of your most likely target market.

Veggies beware!
Bought by mistake, why use bovine gelatine for the capsules? Vegetarians take flaxseed instead of fish oil so please change the ingredient or highlight the fact in the write up. Thanks.
