This book has so many really lovely animal colouring pages! The information on each animal is great too 👍🏻 I’m sure our grandchildren will love it (bought it for when we’re on holiday with them).One thing I would point out, I wish the information on the animal was on the back of the page for each animal? Because if we tear the picture out, on the back is the next animal’s info??

Some of the drawings are really excellent, for example, the chameleon, the seahorse, and the kingfisher. Others were very difficult to recognise such as the condor, the ostrich, and the heron. I think that the complete animal is easier to identify than just its head.However, I am seeing this book from an adult’s perspective. Older children would find many wonderful pictures to colour. The patterns on the animals mean that the felt pens will not dry up because they areas are small enough. Overall good value for money, and the ten year old will enjoy colouring them in.

My young girls have spent many many hours on these - perfect for them. Lots of detail and a pleasing finished product.
