Q: Will a Glock 19 fit in the hand gun cut out section?

The case includes a knife that allows you to trim the foam. I trimmed the foam to fit my FNX .45 Tactical with a flashlight attached, It should not be a problem with your glock.

Q: Is this case water proof?

There is a waterproof version though it is more expensive at over $200. Amazon lists it. Do a search on Amazon for "Case Club ts12

Q: How difficult is it to pull shells out? Are they flush or do they have some grip?

The case is perfect !!! there are NO issues retrieving shells out !!
