Q: Can it bend 16 gauge aluminum?

I bent a pc of 16 Gage sheet metal 6' in length i had set the clamp down part of the brake back to allow for the metal thickness. with steel i would not bend much more than a 10" long pc may be i could bend 12" but i would not won't to do that a lot as the clamp system and stop system might not stay in check over time and could possibly bend near the welds. the size is nice and its super sturdy but 16 Gage is the max for a tool this size.

Q: What is the footprint of the machine? This would be helpful for planning where to mount it.

the foot print is about 29' by 10"

Q: What is the max thickness that can be bend?

I’ve bent 16 gage, does a decent job. Would stick with thinner material 1.0 mm is the max spec.

Yes & Yes You need to have a forklift or request the delivery truck has a lift-gate and pallet jack.
