Another enlightening text. I appreciate the explanations and descriptions for magick over magic. Great read and very helpful for my understanding.

I want to start with a little side note about how much I appreciate this author’s attempt at distilling mystical disciplines and point towards the greater goal of transcendence. It’s a noble and rare endeavor.For many, magick is an article of faith more than anything, but not for me. I’ve been studying and practicing mystical disciplines for decades, and I have read more books than I should. Some are good, but many are not. Fortunately, this one belongs to the “surely worth reading” category. It’s very distinctive from all of the other magick books that I have read.I enjoyed reading and practicing some of the techniques, and found the blueprint that explains how we can create our spiritual practices and magick rituals useful and fascinating. At times, I’d think that there’s no concise structure to speak of in this system, as lots of different practices and methodologies are given (rituals, trances, magick seals, breathing meditations, visualizations, energies, forces, dimensions, elementals, purifications, protections, manifestations, entities, human empowerment, divine transcendence, deep forms of magick, etc.). Admittedly, that is how the author designed it to let people set their own pace and work as independent and self-directed practitioners. But at other times, I would relish the freedom that such a system provides.This book creates strong magickal foundations pointed to a higher and noble goal. And for that, one can only applaud the author’s efforts.

Great read! Enjoyed it. Easy and practical and a more realistic approach to his technique to magick. An easy read. You kind of feel that it's pretty accurate.

This book is an initiation into the four elements of western mysticism. The rituals are not like I’ve ever seen before. Very original. If I had to guess the magickal model the author is going with—somewhere between psychological and spiritual. He seems to have personal experience with the techniques he delivers in the book, because the kinds of advice he gives can only come through personal experience; or someone very well-read on the subject. Either way, he provides original magick techniques, which is another contribution I am glad to have. Five stars! 🤩

Good exercises for spiritual transformation. No workings, herbs, candles etc. Just spiritual exercises. They are good though. Good kindle buy.

Now by all means this is not a bad book, but a lot times the author presents their opinion in the book as if it's fact. In reality a lot of topics involving Magick are not so easily explained like they are in this book. The author is extremely intelligent though. You can just see it through their word choice and sentence structure, but sadly this felt like I was reading more of a book/poem on spirituality than Magick. Not quite what I was expecting... I will say this however. If you're looking for a book to start learning magick from or at least some basic principles then this book is definitely a good starting point.
