Not as advertised
The product is overpriced. It was advertised as cold pressed but the product label says expeller pressed which uses higher heat. Cold pressed is better because it preserves the nutrients. This type of oil is cheaper at the super market but I didn't want to leave the house. The product was very well sealed and came in a type of protective package unlike I've ever seen before so for that it deserves 3 stars. It smells amazing too and I know I will enjoy it anyway. It's for cooking mostly so I will be adding heat to it anyway. I plan to use it for oil pulling as well so it doesn't have to be fancy shmancy.
