The product is very good. I used it for 3 years (2020 - 2024). The battery also lasts long. Mine stopped working as it fell down and broke. It is effective when there is some slippery product on face. I use it with facial oil which helps the rotator to glide smoothly.

It just stopped working!!!!! I used the product just a couple of times and now it is dead!!!!! Wasted moneyPlease take it back as it is giving me anxiety now .....

One of the best trimmers. Easy to use and my previous on lasted for more than 2 years despite using every day. I didn't like the broun product I bought this one is better and easy to use. Long battery life and value for money.

I want to return this item as i received this item this is not working i tried with the bettery which is given by this item but item does not work

Poor design. Inserting and removing battery is tricky with weak locks.

Though I used it only once on upperlip but it worked perfectly fine. It did the cleaning. It is easy to use. At the the face appeared weired as I did upperlip first time ever but now appearance is fine. It has been almost two weeks since I last used it but there is still no need to use it again. But duarability depend on personal hair growth. There is no pain in using it. Just some uneasyness as I did upperlip first time ever !

It been more than a year I bought it for my mother. The product is awesome and can be worthy purchase.

1- its painless- absolutely2- it does the job very well. even with thicker rougher hair on face it removes everything and leaves smooth skin behind3- super compact, easy to carry, no charging needed.4- the trimmer part is detachable and washable5- it gets little hot fast but mildly nothing to worry6- sadly no cleaning brush given which is required for cleaning the device after use.
