Mermaid Tails for Swimming for Girls, Kids, and Adults with Monofin

The media could not be loaded. I ordered a custom Sun Tail Mermaid tail directly from the company. I ordered the tail to use as a photo prop, so my review isn't based on actually swimming in the tail, but if I use it in the way I'll be sure to update. I ordered the Lime Ricky with the Lime Monofin. The first thing I noticed when I opened the package (after squealing with delight like a little girl!! I <3 Mermaids!!) is the vibrancy of the color and design. I was SO impressed and immediately fell is love with it! I knew just looking at it that it would photograph so well and was worth every penny!!I'm not all that easy to impress and the quality impressed me. It's well put together with tight professional stitching. The monofin was easy to put in the tail and it was easy for my client to get on. Now I ordered this is a size 6, and the first client to use this was a 4t, so it was loose on her but not too bad. I would say it is very true to size. I'd had my friends daughter try it on who is a 6/7 and it fit her perfectly. It's very stretchy, but also really soft and comfortable!Overall for what I needed it surpassed my expectations! Please see the attached video to see it in use as a photo prop. By the way my little client say she felt like a REAL mermaid and left the studio thoroughly thrilled with her experience!

I have bought many things from this company and not only is their merchandise top quality, the have the BEST customer service! Questions are answered immediately, orders are processed immediately and shipped right out!Don’t be fooled by companies with very similar names.....I made that mistake on my 2nd purchase and as soon as I saw how cheap the mermaid outfit was, I knew I had ordered from the wrong company!I also appreciate the fact that they sell replacement footpads, as that meant my granddaughter was able to keep using the same mono fin.I highly recommend this company! All of their products are adorable and well made. All the kids and parents want their name as soon as they see my granddaughters bathing suit, mermaid tail and mono fin! The mermaid leggings are also a hit with the toddler crowd!

The monofin and tail are high quality and work well. The tail is made of bathing suit material and is not as sparkly as I imagined from the picture. If you zoom in on the picture, you'll get a better idea of what it will look like in person. The plastic protectors that you have to stick on the tail to protect the fabric were hard to apply and when we followed the instructions to use a blow dryer on high heat to help the plastic adhere, we actually burned a hole in the fabric! I e-mailed them about our experience and they offered to immediately ship out a new tail. They also offered to adhere the plastic guards for us and if we had any trouble with them falling off, etc. to let them know and they'd send out another tail. Now, I call that excellent customer service!

The fabric is beautiful, soft, and well made. My children love swimming with in the monofin. It is very comfortable on the feet and provides good propulsion. Very good design and cute!! We love having different colors of monofins. Sun Tail Mermaid included a free set of protective waterproof tape for the tip of the tails to prevent wear and increase the life of the tail. I also purchased a tail for my niece (see picture) and now I am the favorite uncle. Better quality than the tales you pay $100-150 for.

❤❤❤ I absolutely LOVE this tail! I have bought a lot of mermaid tails in the past, but so far Sun Tails are the best. At first I was a bit skeptical about mermaid tails, but these are really good. I am on the competitive swim team so I am already a strong swimmer, however you need to understand that wearing a mermaid tail is different from actually swimming. I would really recommend this tail to everybody! It truly is the best out there! ❤❤❤

The mono fan was very uncomfortable. It rubbed raw blisters on the outside of my big toes. One reason I purchased the suntail Monofin was that it claimed to be blister free. I am 10 years old and used all of my hard earned money. I am 10 years old and used all of my hard earned money to make this purchase. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

My 6.5 year old daughter has absolutely LOVED this mermaid tail and fin! She may have turned into one at this point. I was worried at first if her swimming skills were good enough, but sure enough I think it's made her a better, more confident swimmer. When we had a slight issue with the fin, the Sun Tails team was fantastic to work with and swiftly replaced the part for us. I highly recommend this product and company!
