Very helpful vendor. Replied to my question about the unit before I ordered. However, more details were discussed only once I placed the order. Thankfully, everything matched so I did not have to cancel it. Very satisfied with the product received. Good quality, well packed, easy to install, though requires a carpenter (but that information is shared in the description so it was known).

Seller should learn to give proper product details
We are buying a garbage bin for Rs.4500, the seller should have the decency to understand what we are paying so huge money for!!! Empathy with customer works in multiple folds which seem to be missing.He hasnt put a proper image or video of the product after installation at a actual kitchen/site. Immediately after I made purchase I got the message from seller. He was good enough to understand the size, if I was refurbishing old kitchen or new etc etc. He did shared a video of how product is operated. No where in his video or image its not mentioned its for a "PULL OUT" kind of door not open (left/right). This is a big issue.Since our work was going on I couldnt open n get it checked by the carpenter until I had missed the "return window".

Value for money
The product is quite sturdy, easy to install and less costly than what is available in store. Atleast for my kitchen cabinet the size was also perfect. It is not too small nor too big. Very easy to use. Highly recommended!!!

Iron parts rusted after 3 years
Plastic parts are good and working but most of the basic frames got rusted. Getting spares is not easy
