1st time I received a defective product it was replaced with new product and After using 1-2 year it's Proper functioning with bright lighting and also build quality or looks fine. You can go ahead to buy. it's value for money.

The light is of good quality, brightness is also good. The dual mode is good and effective.Cons: Cost is a bit high, In the downlight mode, it is a bit glary because the light is not omnidirectional and the active length of the tube is also less.Overall a good buy.

Twin Glow Philips Baten
Product is good, Ordered on Feb 27, Received on Feb 28 and installed today ( March 15). However, minutes after the same was installed one of the lights started malfunctioning and only one tube beaten is working now h the other is not working.I have referred the matter to Philips Customer Care by mail giving details and hope to get their response soon.Within 48 hours replacement was made at the Philips Lighting Centre and that’s GREAT👍Philips- Smart, Sense and SimplicityWorth Mentioning

Decent Pricing and product works as advertisied
Purchased the product and was slightly priced lesser compared to local market.Product works well and no complaints.If you have a big hall then would recommend to buy and Install two 25w+25w tube lights as that would provide enough brightness to cover the full hall.
