Bought as a gift for father's day. The stitching on the letters was great. This isn't like a truckers cap, it doesn't have the holes in the back which is exactly what I was looking for. The hidden adjustment strap on the back gives a perfect fit. The material isn't too hot at all either.

Bought two with our sailboat's name on them....Straycat. They have a nice variety of fonts from which to choose, and our's arrived pretty much as we'd imagined them. We like the easily adjustable strap in the back because we like to tighten them a little when the wind comes up.

I ordered a custom hat for Father’s Day. My hat arrived exactly as expected, on time and identical to the mock up. My only complaint is I mistook the purple thread as navy when I ordered on my phone and wasn’t reading the color descriptions. This was my mistake, but I could see others easily doing this too.
