Excellent product.
I use this product to make chicken tamale pie. Once in a while these can be a little spicy for some people, but by cooking a little longer the spice is mellowed, but the flavor remains.

If you are new to Hatch or a seasoned veteran this product is as close to fresh roasted as I have been able to find. I no longer live in NM and have always struggled to find a good source for my addiction, this does it!!
